SHIPPING INFO
Please expect one to four months for turnaround time, as we custom order and create your piece. Order accordingly to have your piece on time!
Please triple bag your breastmilk and any other additions you will be shipping in breastmilk storage bags and mail in a padded envelope. You will be responsible for cost of shipping these materials.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our pieces are custom to your specific journey, involving your own breastmilk and other additions. Because of this, we cannot accept returns. If there is damage to the resin/piece upon delivery, we will replace at our expense. If there is damage to the resin/piece after delivery and ownership, it will be at the expense of the owner to replace.
PRODUCT INFO
Please note that sterling silver and gold-plated pieces will tarnish over time due to a reaction with compound sulfides in the air. Check my Instagram reel out on how to clean tarnish! We will not refund for tarnishes over time. A new order will need to be made for replacement. If this is a concern, solid gold is the best way to go.
