Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy ensures that your custom breastmilk jewelry is carefully packaged and delivered to you in a timely manner. All customers are responsible for paying postage to send milk and additions via preferred mail carrier. Turnaround time may take up to four months (not likely), depending on time of year and product ordered. Please order accordingly. Once an order is placed and product is created, a tracking number will be sent. Customers are liable for providing correct shipping address. If a move is made after ordering, the customer must notify us to deliver to new address via email or the contact option on the website. If shipment tracking says it is delivered but the customer has not received the package, it is the customers responsibility to ask around to neighbors and then file a claim with USPS. Let us know if this happens as we also have purchased insurance on our shipments.

Shipping out of the US

Non-insured shipping to Canada is $28 USD and overseas is $48. This does NOT include insurance. For this shipping price, you will not have to pay a duty when it arrives. This works fine for sterling silver/plated gold pieces. If it happens to get lost, we can remake for $30 - $70 USD, which is hopefully not the scenario that plays out. You can use this shipping rate for solid gold pieces as well but remember, it WILL NOT be insured. You will have to repay full cost for it to be remade. If you are interested in a solid gold piece, we recommend purchasing insured shipping in case it does get lost. That way we are able to remake at the expense of the postal carrier. This will cost $75 but you WILL likely have to pay a duty when it arrives (fees vary depending on location).

Return Policy

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Each piece is unique in it's own way. A piece may have small air bubbles or other small qualities that make it unique. If you have any concerns about your custom breastmilk jewelry, we are here to assist you and make it right. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and our straightforward refund policy is aimed at building trust and confidence in your shopping experience with us.
